HyperPersonal costs USD 10 per seat per month. A seat is one person your organisation holds as a member in the portal, and a month is billed on the highest number of members you held at any one time during it. Billing is postpaid — the month ends, then we invoice. USD 10 is a limited-time introductory price while the product is early. The assessment app candidates use is free to them and always will be.
A seat is one member of your organisation in the portal. Membership is how a person’s profile becomes visible to you at all, and it is the individual who grants it, so someone who takes the assessment and never shares it with you is never a member and never a seat. You are not charged per interview, per report, or per CV uploaded.
| What it costs | Who pays | |
|---|---|---|
| Big Five Test, the assessment app | Free | Nobody — it is free to the individual |
| A seat in the portal | USD 10 per month | The organisation |
| CV Cat, structuring and screening CVs | Included | The organisation |
| The assistant grounded in a person's profile | Included | The organisation |
The figure billed for a month is the highest number of members your organisation held at any one time during that month. Not the number on the last day, and not an average across the days. Whatever the peak was, that is the month.
So a team that starts a month with eight members, adds four during a hiring push and removes three before the month closes is billed for twelve, not nine — the four were held at the same time as the eight. The three removals show up in the following month, which starts at nine.
It is worth knowing this before a hiring push rather than after one. Counting the peak means a month in which you cycled thirty candidates through in three batches of ten costs the same as a month in which you held ten, and a month in which you held all thirty at once costs three times as much.
Billing is postpaid. You pay nothing to start and there is no card to put down first. After a calendar month ends we count that month’s peak and invoice your company for it, payable within fourteen days. The price excludes any taxes or duties that apply where you are.
Nothing is paid in advance and there is no seat pack to buy ahead of knowing how many people you will assess. If you stop, you get one final invoice for the month in which you stopped, counted the same way as any other, and there is nothing to refund because there was nothing on account.
USD 10 is an introductory price offered for a limited time while the product is early, and it is not a permanent rate. We would rather say that on the pricing page than let you find it in a renewal email.
If we revise it, you get at least 30 days’ written notice first, and the new price applies only to billing months that begin after that notice has run. It is never applied retrospectively and never takes effect part-way through a month. If the new price does not work for you, ending before it takes effect leaves you owing nothing beyond the months you already used.
The billing terms above are the ones in the contract — Read clause 4 of the Terms
We are working with a limited number of organisations while the product is early. Pilot partners get the assessment, the portal and direct support designing the workflow, and in exchange we get to watch the product meet a real hiring process rather than a hypothetical one.
It is early, the price reflects that, and you should expect to talk to the people building it rather than to a support queue. The number is on this page so you can tell whether it is in range without booking anything.
If that sounds like the right trade, Apply to run a pilot
By the highest number of members your organisation held at any one time during the month. Adding people and removing them again inside the same month does not lower that month’s figure; removals take effect from the following month.
It is a limited-time introductory price, so not indefinitely. Any revision comes with at least 30 days’ written notice and applies only to months beginning after that notice has run — never retrospectively and never mid-month. That commitment is in clause 4 of the Terms, not just on this page.
No. Billing is postpaid — the month ends, we count its peak, and we invoice the company, payable within fourteen days. Nothing is paid in advance.
The pilot is the way in, and it runs on your real roles rather than sample data. Candidates use the assessment app for free whether or not your organisation ever becomes a customer.
No, and they never will. Big Five Test is free on the App Store, the profile belongs to the person who took it, and they keep it whether or not they share it with anyone.
No minimum seat count. A company hiring one person can use it for one person.
You get one last invoice for the month you stopped in and then stop being charged, because nothing was paid ahead. The candidates keep their profiles, since those were always theirs rather than yours.
