HyperPersonal AI is operated by Alano Tech Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore. These terms govern your use of the service.

Who you are contracting with

The service is provided by Alano Tech Pte. Ltd., incorporated in Singapore. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Alano Tech Pte. Ltd.

What the service does and does not do

HyperPersonal produces decision support, never automated decisions. Every output is a hypothesis to test with a person, and must not be used as the sole basis for any employment decision.

Pilot terms

Pilot access is provided at the published per-seat price for the agreed pilot period, and either party may end a pilot on notice.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to make automated employment decisions, to assess anyone without a lawful basis, or to attempt to re-identify individuals from aggregated output.

Liability and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Nothing in them limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
