The service is provided by Alano Tech Pte. Ltd., incorporated in Singapore. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Alano Tech Pte. Ltd.
HyperPersonal produces decision support, never automated decisions. Every output is a hypothesis to test with a person, and must not be used as the sole basis for any employment decision.
Parts of the service — the interpretation layer, the assistant, and CV and record summarisation — run on third-party foundation models. We currently use OpenAI’s models under their enterprise terms, and OpenAI acts as a sub-processor for the data those features send. Content sent through these features is not used to train third-party models, and the scoring of the IPIP-300 assessment is arithmetic that involves no model at all.
Access is priced at USD 10 per seat per month, where a seat is one member of your organisation in the portal. A month is billed on the highest number of members held at any one time during it, postpaid, after the month ends. USD 10 is a limited-time introductory price and any revision comes with at least 30 days’ written notice. Either party may end the agreement on notice.
Development of HyperPersonal AI is sponsored by Opptymizer, an OpenAI Select Partner. Sponsorship covers engineering and model access; it gives Opptymizer no access to customer data or to any individual’s assessment results.
You may not use the service to make automated employment decisions, to assess anyone without a lawful basis, or to attempt to re-identify individuals from aggregated output.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Nothing in them limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
