An individual owns their profile. Sharing it with an employer is permissioned by the individual and can be revoked, which withdraws the employer’s access.

Some features send personal data to a third-party foundation model. We currently use OpenAI’s models under their enterprise terms, and OpenAI acts as a sub-processor. Content sent through these features is not used to train third-party models, and item-level assessment answers are never sent — they never leave the individual’s device.
Data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described, transferred outside Singapore only with comparable protection, and protected by access controls including database-level row security.
